Our team will do their best to ensure a swift order handling to get your new product to you in a timely manner.
Delivery time frame
Artwork only shipped within New Zealand: $75 for artwork 1m wide or longer, $35 for A3 artwork. Commissions TBC. 1-3 working days for delivery.
New Zealand Fashion: Flat rate of $6.00. Tracked service. 1-3 working days for delivery. Free shipping on orders over $250 NZD
Australia Fashion: Minimum order of $100 for all Australian orders. $25 flat rate, allow 7 working days for delivery. Free Shipping on orders over $350 NZD.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues at borders due to Covid-19 and customs clearance may cause delays.
All our shipments are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a track and trace number by e-mail. Throughout New Zealand we use, Post Haste, DHL Express for worldwide. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day. We do not post to PO Box addresses. Packages must be signed for - If you are out, a collection card will be left.
Delivery timeframes are just an indication and New Lands Studio will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late as often is is out of our control

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email and a hard copy will also be provided upon receiving your order. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
Duties & Taxes
For orders to countries outside of New Zealand, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
New Lands Studio do not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of New Zealand can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.
